Cancellations
You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.

How to return something
Place your Return Request via email to [email protected]
You will need to know your Order Number. The product should be unused, undamaged, and preserved in its original condition with all tags intact.
We coordinate the logistics for reverse pickups. Once the Garment has reached our warehouse, the full amount of your returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds Policy
All refunds are process within 5-7 business days of cancellation or from date of receipt of the returned garment at our warehouse.

ক্যানসেলেশন –
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করনের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে বাতিল করা যাবে। ক্রয়কালে প্রদানকৃত অর্থ বা ক্রয়কৃত পন্যের সম্পুর্ন অর্থ ফেরৎ দেয়া হবে।
রিটার্ন পলিসি-
প্রতিটি পন্যই ক্রয়ের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত যোগ্য। আর কোনো প্রশ্ন নয়!জ্বী আপনি সঠিক শুনেছেন।
হাউ টু রিটার্ন সামথিং –
[email protected] মেইলে ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ পাঠান।আপনাকে আপনার অর্ডার নাম্বার টি মনে রাখতে হবে। পন্য সম্পুর্ন ভাবে অব্যবহৃত অক্ষত এবং সংরক্ষিত থাকতে হবে। পুর্বের নেয় সকল অক্ষত ট্যাগ সমেত।
ফেরত কৃত পন্য আমরা সাদরে গ্রহণ করি এবং পন্য ফেরত আনার জন্য আমরা পরিবহন সহ যথাযথ সকল সহযোগীতা করবো। পন্য ওয়্যারহাউজে পৌঁছে যাবার পর আপনার সম্পুর্ন অর্থ ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
রিফান্ড পলিসি –
অর্ডার বাতিল করার ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পুর্ন অর্থ ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
